Recipe for the best cookies in the world...unless you have a peanut allergy that is!
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk choc chips
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1. Preheat oven to hot, 200C
Lightly grease 3 oven trays and line with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
3. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and place 3cm apart on trays.
Press each one down lightly with your palm.
4. Bake for 8-10mins or until golden. Cool on tray for 5mins before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Would keep upto a week if you can stop yourself from eating them!
